Why does the same work order appear twice in my events list?


The occurs because the Originator entered an extra line under the Equipment section when creating the work order. To correct this:

  • Highlight and copy the Work Order Number
  • Go to Work Orders > Manage Work Orders
  • Click the Magnifying Glass icon
  • Paste the Work Order Number and press enter
  • Check the box next to the work order
  • Select Actions > Amend Work Orders
  • Click Equipment
  • Check the box next to the duplicate line
  • Click the Trash icon
  • Click Amend
  • When the Originator accepts the amendment, the duplicate event should disappear
