Why does a work order not appear in my events list?

There are four reasons this could occur:

  1. You have not yet accepted the work order. Go to Work Orders > Assigned Work Orders to accept the work order.
  2. No appointments have been scheduled for the work order yet. You may be able to amend the work order and schedule appointments. For some work orders, only the Originator can schedule appointments; if you cannot schedule appointments yourself, contact the Originator and request they do so.
  3. The work order is in Amended status. If you have amended the work order, the Originator needs to accept your amendment. If the Originator has amended it, the status reads Amended by Originator and you need to approve the amendment.
  4. The work order has been cancelled. You should have received an email notification of work order cancellation and the status reads Cancelled.
