How do I correct the Actual time of a completed work order?

For most completed work orders, Receivers cannot change the Actual time. You will need to contact the Originator and tell them to make any necessary changes in their system.

However, if your Originator is NYK or ACL, you can change the Actual time of completed work orders:

  • Tell the Originator to amend the work order
  • They need to remove the appointment time
  • You will receive an email notification of their amendment
  • Accept the amendment
  • You can now change the Actual time
