What is the DispatchManager Work Flow?

The DispatchManager Work Flow is the sequence of events that take place during the life cycle of a work order.

The Standard Work Flow is as follows:

  1.  Work Order Assigned

  2. Work Order Accepted/Rejected
  3. Appointment Time Updated
  4. Pick-up/Delivery Time Input
  5. Proof of Delivery or other Documents Attached
  6. Invoice Created & Sent
  7. Invoice Payment Status Updated

Note:  Amendments (Change Requests) can be made anytime prior to Invoicing

  1. Work Order Amended
  2. Amendment Approved/Declined
