If your organization does not require use of assignments to manage job visibility on the mobile application, make sure you set the mobile user profile in the following manner for all existing and new drivers going forward.
1. For all drivers on your roster, set the "View All Jobs" permission on the Mobile User profile to TRUE (check the box).
2. Instruct your drivers to set the "View All Jobs" setting to "ON" in their Dispatch Mobile settings.
Drivers should leave this setting in the ON position, otherwise their job list will always come up empty.
If you changed the permission while the driver was signed in to the mobile application, advise the driver to sign out and sign back in to inherit the new permission.
