Why can't I see a completed work order under "Create Invoice"?

There are three reasons this could occur:

  1. You have already sent an invoice for the work order
  2. You have created an invoice draft but not yet completed it. Go to Manage Invoices to complete and issue the invoice.
  3. The work order's charges have been marked as not billable. You need to amend the work order to mark the charges as billable. Then the work order will appear under Create Invoice.
