How do I change my email or password?

Changing Your Email

Since your email is used as your login ID, we recommend not changing emails if at all possible. If you need to change your email, have your admin deactivate your user account. Then you can register as a new user with a different email.

Changing Your Password

  • Click Help > My Profile
  • Enter your old password
  • Enter your new password twice
  • Your new password must contain at least one number, capital letter, and special character

Forgot Your Password?

  • Click Forgot Password on the ChassisManager log-in page
  • Enter the email address used to create your account
  • We will email you a temporary password
  • After you log in with your temporary password, be sure to change it to something you can easily remember
